At Siret Põllu Art, every piece of art is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you. We work with professional global print partners to ensure your artwork arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Production Time
Since our products are made-to-order, they enter production shortly after your payment is confirmed.

Production Time: Typically 1–2 business days. During this stage, your order is being printed, quality-checked, and carefully packaged.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once production is complete, your order is shipped with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by region:

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to local carrier issues, public holidays, or customs processes.
3. How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your artwork’s journey to your doorstep.
4. If Your Order is Delayed
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we kindly ask you to wait an additional 2–3 business days, as minor local carrier delays can happen.

5. Cancellations
Because our production process begins almost immediately, cancellations are typically not possible once the order has been paid. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before finalizing your purchase.
6. Customs & Import Duties
We aim to produce your order as close to your location as possible through our global production network. However, for international orders crossing certain borders, customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
