Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Siret Põllu Art. Because each piece in this shop is made-to-order—specifically printed and crafted for you only after your order is placed—we adhere to a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Made-to-Order Products Since every product is custom-made to your specific selection (size, material, and artwork), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders (e.g., wrong size or color). Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will investigate the issue to find a suitable resolution. To report a problem, please contact us at info@siretpollu.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include the following in your message:

  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective product.

  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging.

  • Your Order ID.

We reserve the right to request further information or, in certain cases, the return of the defective item before a final decision is made regarding a replacement or a potential refund.

3. Exceptions We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases of:

  • Customer Error: Selection of the wrong size, color, or artwork.

  • Incorrect Address: Non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Production Tolerances: Minor placement variations within normal industry standards.

4. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can initiate an inquiry with the shipping company.
